Accounting, Tax And Bookkeeping We maintain close working relationships with a number of specialist accounting firms. We know their strengths, having worked closely together for a number of clients. We can make a referral to an appropriate firm to assist with any accounting, tax or bookkeeping problem. Audit, Financial Reporting And Financial Statements Regardless of any Companies Act obligation, it is a regulatory requirement for most authorised firms to appoint an auditor. It is always helpful and promotes good proactive relationships if an auditor is a specialist firm and experienced in dealing with funds. We can make a referral to an appropriate firm where required. Legal Advice We have developed and we maintain a wide network of legal connections. We have worked closely with some of the most prestigious law firms in the UK and in the USA. However, we also have relationships with some of the smaller specialist financial services law firms too. We are always pleased to assist in making a referral to an appropriate law firm, where required.
